David CasT toured with DMB occasionaly from 2001, and full time from 2004 - 2006, both producing LeRoi Moore's (unreleased) solo recording and playing horn section when needed. David is documented as playing with the band on the most recent recording they put out. "Weekend on the Rocks", from Red Rocks Colorado at the end of 2005 - which was recorded and released as both an audio cd and cd/dvd combo, and is a million seller recording. David is playing, on that recording with Robert Randolph and Ivan Neville as well
